Hey, I’m Clara Cristea - UX Designer with a Psychology Background
As a UX designer and a Fiverr Pro seller with a degree in psychology, I combine empathy, analytical thinking, and creativity to craft user-centered digital experiences. My passion for understanding human behaviour and improving the human-machine relationship drives every project I take on. This foundation allows me to uncover user motivations, needs, and pain points with depth, turning insights into intuitive and accessible designs.
Interesting fact: For my BSc in Psychology dissertation, I conducted a survey using multiple regression analysis to explore the link between personality traits and the ability to identify dark patterns in user experience design. This research strengthened my expertise in both psychology and UX, and reinforced my commitment to creating transparent, ethical, and user-friendly digital products.

UX Research
I use a mix of qualitative and quantitative UX research methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive benchmarking. My research focuses on understanding user needs, behaviours, and pain points to uncover the ‘why’ behind user actions. This insight drives user-centered design decisions that improve product usability and overall user experience.
UX/UI Design
My UX/UI design process includes wireframing, prototyping, creating user journey maps, and affinity diagramming. I balance creativity with usability to design intuitive, accessible digital experiences that follow familiar mental models. My goal is to enhance user engagement and ensure the product is inclusive and easy to use across diverse audiences.
Product Design & Strategy
From initial user research to final design implementation, I lead comprehensive UX and product design strategies informed by psychology-driven insights. I uncover user needs, analyse behavioural patterns, develop user-centered design solutions, conduct usability testing, and iterate to achieve measurable improvements in user satisfaction and business performance.
